BC updates COVID-19 count

Health Minister Adrian Dix and provincial health officer Dr. Bonnie Henry announced 14 new cases of COVID-19 in BC Thursday, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 1,575 confirmed cases.
Three more people have died of causes related to COVID-19 for a total of 78 deaths in the province.
Temporary foreign workers are arriving in BC this week to help sustain food and agricultural supplies. They will be required to complete 14 days of self-isolation upon arrival.
Dix and Henry also cited a new provincial health officer’s order to require agricultural employers to establish and maintain infection control plans.
