Richmond RCMP has completed its investigation into a video involving intimate images that was allegedly recorded and distributed online.
A business in the 4000 block of No. 3 Road has cooperated with police, who have been able to determine the well-being of the people in the video. The person responsible for the video has been identified.
The Richmond RCMP cybercrime unit has been working with internet service providers and social media platforms, and the video has been taken down from major social media and communication platforms.
The people involved in the video requested police conclude their investigation. No further information will be released at this time.
